vts interior light

   hi recently bought a mk2 vts the interior light doesnt work when open the doors only works if turn it on perminant tried a replacement light unit any ideas??? cheers dan

   Sounds like it would be something to do with the buttons near the hinges that as such let the light know when the door is open or not, and therefor whether the light goes on or not.
   
   Does the light not come on when either of the doors are open?

   cheers nope the light doesnt come on atall with any door open only way it works is if u turn it on permanat

   Get some new switches or clean up the connections on the old 1`s.
