VTR problem/query's

   Think my car has been in a front end collision.
   
   Paint is rough over the bonnet and wings. Look like it needs lacquering. Is that expensive, can I do it myself?
   
   Can anyone post a pic of their front wheel arch... Somethings not right, thinking back to my106, I can't put my finger on it. Everything in the engine bay (all the wires etc) are silver obviously overspray from when they fixed the front end.

   The roughness may well just be a fine mist of overspray. Try rubbing it down fella. Everyone on here slates T-cutt, but if your car is not a show car and you don't spend every weekend polishing and cleaning it within an inch of it's life, give it a try.
   I am sure someone will preach about T-cutt but for the job at hand I reckon you will be fine.

   i think laquering is a lot easier than painting.cant really go wrong if you take your time.mask everything off properly etc.keep the spray can well back so's it doesnt run.theres got to be a good guide here somewhere though
