   Hey the headgasket went on my 1.4 furio a couple of weeks ago and ive been working on it since. just put it all back together and topped everything up to run it and it now seems to missfire for some reason, the engine management light flashes when running as well and there is an all mighty squeal im guessing thats the fan belt as normal but any ideas on the others?

   Is the cam timing 100% ? Did you rotate engine by hand first before starting her back up? Are plugs okay? Was the coil pack knocked or dropped at all?
   
   Just brainstorming here but it's something to go on

   Timing is bang on, plugs are good and coil pack is as it was before not dropped or anything and its been rotated.
   
   Im going on a hunch that one of the injectors has packed up as i removed one to replace an O ring. to be honest after that nothing should be wrong at all.

   Problem sorted. found that a wire from an injector had come loose. thanks for the help
