   my friend's old 106gti sounded like a cavalier with just a de-cat which isn't a very desirable noise imo.
   
   not sure what a vtr would sound like though...

   I remember RickyP missus has a quick standard exhaust decat, if i recall correctly it's quite a nice noise but I wanted to know before I take hammer to it lol

   my mate's one was a smashed out cat not a proper de-cat so don't know what difference that will make to the exhaust bud!

   Yeah this will be the smashed out type, may aswell do it for shits and giggles plan to get a 4 branch soon anyway
