Does debadging leave holes?

Well, I have a 2000 Saxo First, want to t-cut Citroen badge and replace it to the middle of the boot, remove the Saxo badge and paint red, then apply to glovebox.

When i remove them from the back, are they pinned down or only kept on by adhesive?

yes it does leave holes, 2 holes for the saxo badge and 3 for the citroen one

Hmmm, can anyone tell me how to get rid of these holes?

The only way to get rid of a hole is to fill it in with filler! You may have to respray though which unless the whole boot is done will look a mess. Touch up paint may work. Is it worth it?

use some filler, rub it down so its smooth and then spray

If you filler the holes I'd get somthing welded behind the hole to keep the filler in, but the body shop should do that mate

Make sure you weld the holes up first!!

Done mine before I resprayed it...

If you cant afford to do it properly i wouldnt personally bother doing it - sticking tape behind it is going to be crap tbh..

    fill it with black sealant

iJoke do NOT do that, just get it done properly or not at all. check the for sale section for possible already done boots
