broken wire in engine bay

   i was servicing my car yesterday and removed the wire highlighted in the picture so i could get at my spark plugs but as i removed them it snapped off managed to put it back together with a bit of duct tape but does it look serious or is it just an earth?

   Looks like a heatsink but since it's bolted to the top of the engine imagine it is workign in reverse e.g. temperature sensor?

   Hi Dazzman,
   
   That is a capacitor that suppresses radio interference from your ignition coilpack from being induced into your radio. You can get another from a breakers or from Citroen.
