   Scotch brite or wire wool and white spirit (or paint thinners).

   paint thinners or stanley blade best
   try to avoid wire wool as if you are too hard with it you will scratch the glass

   thats the magic question mate-my drivers window is bad with it.Ive tried everything from thinners to nail varnish remover and have all failed
