It says not to on the back of the can on the spray tint but it looks like everyone else did?
Did you spray over your reflector?

#2Tailights? Yes i did.
-
#3Yes, tail lights. Coppers said anything?
-
#4I have lighty, cops havn't said anything for a year now, i have a spare clear set i use for m.o.t just incase
-
#5Just use a light coat, don't completely black them out. I used 4/5 coats and you can still see a bit of red in them, plus i masked up the clear section of the light.
Here you go. As you can see one behind is complete and one is masked up and ready.

On the car(not a very good pic, phone camera)

#6It's a risk tbh, i had mine like above only 3-4 coats and got pulled last year and gave me a £30 fine
.

#7I wasn't planning on masking up any of it, just coating it all until i was happy with the tint, good or bad idea?
-
#8its up to you. i did mine dark passed mot but got warning in it as it showed reflector(just) but discolouered light.
its ok saying swap over for standards for mot, but least if them tinted light pass mot you shouldn;t have any trouble with police -
#9(Y) MOT not for a year. And if i get pulled for them then i'll just buy Smoked Jewels.
-
#10mines fully black, havent been pulled yet, but have my standards for m.o.t
-
#11i tinted mine never was pulled but got smoked jewels anyone look alot better
-

#14best way is to buy 2 rectangle reflectors and velcrow them to your lights or bumper on the day of your mot problem sorted and alot easier imo
