Wet Floor

Well i ripped my interior out to make way for my new carpet and got abit of a shock, On the drivers side the whole floor was ridiculously wet, it hasnt even rained for about 2 weeks.

Now i know im not losing water so it cant be the heater matrix, My arial doesnt leak as thats all been sealed up so it's not that.

The thing is the sound proofing under the pedals (the really thick stuff) only the bottom 3 or 4 cm of it was wet so im not sure where it could be coming from, Also where that bolt goes into the dash on the right hand side, that has gone rusty, just wondered if anyone could give me any ideas where it could be leaking from?

I Cucked some water over it yesterday and nothing came through but i will check the seal today.

I read a while ago someone had a crack in the weld of the bulkhead and thats what did it, im not sure if thats common or not?

Don't know if that's common, but indeed could happen too. Simple fix anyways. Have it welded again, don't go silicon or you might end up with some rust in there. If it's your windscreen, it's simple too (very common on saxos and 106s'):

remove the wipers, and the plastic bit (torx 20 iirc)
    cover the seal with silicone.
wait for it(15-20 minutes) to dry,put back plastic and wipers
