What would i need to....

   Hey, What would I need to do to get behind the dials (speedo and clock etc) as I think its a bulb problem I have so I will have to try to fix it myself anyone know where I can get the bulbs from or LED equivalents, Also what tools do i need? Also can someone tell me if it counts as a mod insurance wise if u replace them with LEDs?
   
   Note: Sorry about asking for this info but I have no idea what I'm doing car-wise I-m a newbie here

   I wouldn't bother telling insurance about led's in the clocks.
