No it wont, 106 exhausts dont fit properly

centre section will fit ne bother, the back box wont.

They are all mostly the same downpipe, cat, center and rear i work for an exhaust center and sold loads. You can make any fit aslong as the flanges are the same size.

Oh really?
I was just thinkking as the centre sections are becoming like rocking horse shit now maybe i could widen my search and start looking for magnex centre for 106 aswell.

as far as i know the backbox hangers are different and thats it

The backbox doesn't sit properly as the cut out on the rear bumper is different, if i remember correctly.
I'm pretty sure the centre section fits ok though.
