help my seats stuck

   cant budge it. think it's come off the runners. but after looking intensley i'm still not sure how to get it back on/.

   Compare the runners to the passenger side. There is a gold coloured part that slides on the runners and locks the seat into position. That may be damaged on the duff seat.

   the gold bit on the other seat fell off. not good is it?

   My passenger seat does this i have to slam it back so the gold bit engage with the seat again them it works fine, it seems when you tilt the seat to let somebody in the back it does it.

   put quite alot of weight behind it. maybe worse now. something snapped and theres a spare spring now where there wasnt before lol

   i have a problem with my saxo drivers seat the passenger seat moves more back than the driver seat its like it gets stuck about 3quarts of way ?

   i had a bit of chicken on the runner when mine did that. got that out and then it went back. but now its stuck there

   seat still stuck tight.cant take it out cos its stuck over the screws. got mot monday afraid it might fail. please help

   i had this problem... well similar. My seat would not lock in place for love nor money.... weeks i had this problem for... Until i was cleaning and found a quid on the runner was stopping it from workin properly.

    could be something stuck on the runner try cleaning them if you can

    i had this problem but i had the seats out, if u look under the seat on 1 side you will see theres sum gold colourd things that lock the seat in place now look for 1 that looks like it hooks over something (wish id took photos of this last week cos its hard to explain and took me hours to figure out) any way it does hook over a pin just in front of it and you wont be able to move cos you need to force it forward as theres another pin at the back and its gone too far and gone over the pin as for the spring its come off sum where near to runner but you need the black plastic off the side of seat to see where it goes, tell you wot if i can see this on my seat with out taking it out again ill try post pictures of what im on about, CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW TO POST PICTURES ON HERE AS WELL PLEASE, IF NOT LEEROY CAN U PM ME WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL SEND YOU PHOTOS ASAP

    mine used to be like that, the little gold bracket wasn't engaged properly over the hooks and was sort of free hanging

    yeah i had one like this iirc that Pin in pic 1 has to go into something???? from what i recall, as it is bare metal not goldy colour.

    1st photo is the pin on the left of the runner the 3rd photo shows the hook thing and mine had over shot this so i used a flat screw driver and pulled to the side and released it it should then move back and forward if you lift the teeth up out of runner as for the spring there in the 2nd photo not very clear but if you can get both seats and compare where they go you cant go wrong mate.
    hope this helps you out it took me hours to figure out what was wrong with mine

    oh to make things easyer lift the seat foward and you can see straight down onto the area just thought id ad his point lol good luck with the seat

    cant even belive after all this advice and help i still havent worked it out. the seat is locked ion the left side and the right is free moving. still hVENT FOUND OUT WHAT THE SPRING THAT came out was for.
