Ways and means to improve performance??

hi, im new to the saxo scene.

bit stuck for cash at the minute, any ways and means of improving the performance?

also, clutch is slipping at the minute, is there any step by steo guides or videos or how to slacken the cable, or how to top it up with gear oil, not a mechanic, and havnt a clue to be honest, just trying to find ways of improving the clutch life, until i get my wages to repair.

any help would be great

Clutch cable adjust is on top of the gearbox. You just open the bonnet and its there on your right, really simple to do. Though if the clutch is slipping odds are its on its way out. The cable adjust only really adjusts how high the peddle is.

Gearbox oil is also really simple. Just get under the car and its the upper of the two what look like drain plugs on the box. You just fill it up until no more can go in. You use a square plug tool to remove and refit the plug.
