Same problem a week and few hundred miles later

About a week ago i was having idling problems and revving problems sometimes the car would dip below 1000 and back up again and sometimes when i put the shoe down the car would slowly loose revs then cut out.

I began to service it, then replacing the MAP Sensor, ICV and the temperature sensor it seemed to sort out any problems, all was well for about a week.

then today drove about 200 motorway miles this morning and when i got onto town roads the revs started bouncing again.

also noticed a slight blowing in the manifold downpipe, don't know if that helps?

im forever spending money on my car and have no clue what to do now any one have any ideas??

    cheers
