Has anyone used one of these before from Halfords:

Basically I have a few black spots on the bottom of my front bumper (where fog lights are) where stone etc have chipped the paint. Rather than getting an expensive full respray, I thought I could maybe use the above to fix the problem. I'm just after some advice as to whether it's any good before I buy it.
