its had a full service, tried engine/injector cleaners, cleaned map sensor, new coilpack and the only thing i can come up with is the TPS.

Do i have to remove the entire inlet manifold to get to the TPS or is it visible when i remove the airbox?

It is attached to the throttle body with two cross head screws. You will need a small screwdriver to get the screws out. Once the screws have been removed you pull it towards your bulkhead to remove. Obviously you will need to also disconnect the wiring going into it.

Just went out to have a quick go and im having trouble unscrewing it as space is very tight which isnt helped by my big fat hands. I dont want to round off the screws as it keeps slipping

Remove the throttle body itself, then on a workbench you can easily take the tps off
