lower arm pinchbolt size?

  1. #1
In the process of changing a driveshaft and ended up grinding off the old pinchbolt from the lower arm balljoint to strut as it had been mashed previously

Havent got a citroen dealer for miles but have got a screwfix so just need to know the bolt size if anyone knows it or can find out? Binned the old ones without thinking to measure

Obviously going to get high tensile and a shiny new nyloc so should be as good as the citroen part.

    thanks, frosty

The bolts screwfix sell are only 8.8 grade.
This will do the job but idealy you want a 10.9 grade.
Also make sure you get a bolt with a plaim section of shank.
If its a full thread u will wear the ball joint pin leadin to play.
I can supply the correct bolts in a 10.9 grade
