Important! : Rear axle help

  1. #1
Looking to buy a rear axle, i been offered a few, and 2 are off the car, is there any way i can check for play when its not on the car? and check over all condition?

wouldn't buy a used axle thats already removed unless you know and trust the seller 100%, very difficult to detect any play with the axle off.

i would buy one from ur local scrap yard, theyll check the condition of it before u buy it, last thing u want is to get it fitted and find its f**ked, goodluck

1.1 rear beams are cheaper coz they don't use disc brakes.
