I know saxos arent exactly as smooth as eurofighter typhoon at speed, but this is getting ridiculous... Whats the problem you reckon ? mk2 vts.

the most obvious ones would be wheel alignment and balancing majorly off

It's best to have both wheels done at the same time, but this won't cause the shaking, as said, check tracking

i would say wheel balancing! to be honest! and def if you have just replaced a tyre maybe they havent balanced it correctly

tracking was done about 4 months ago in last service... guess ill have to get it looked at again. More money spent on the damn thing.

have you taken the wheel off then put it on again, making sure there's no crap on the hub etc.eliminate the simple stuff 1st

take it its just the steeringwheel and not the whole car?
my clio did it over the whole car at 50mph then stoped at like 60 lol
it was the spacer washers at the top of the front struts were nakerd :L

mine used to do this. couldn't balance them, never got rid of it. tracked and everything

turned out i'd used a fucked compressor and it let water into the tyre!

check your cv joints and the wheel bearings too, my golfs cv's started to go and it did the same thing.

    Get your wheels balanced.

Mine did it, was all fixed after balancing

Ive got his same problem, i changed loads of bits to cure it, a driveshaft, all 3 three engine mounts, wishbones, droplinks, and got the wheels balanced im starting to think it might be the top mounts as I have a knock every now and then,
Just a thought have you ever thought you might have a buckled alloy? jack it up and give it a spin to try and see anything obvious,,, just a thought

I'm no expert but when I put my mates punto into a very large curb his steering collum causing the steering to shake badly at 30mph >.<
