To be honest mate i think it looks really nice as it is, not sure on the bonnet tbf, i think you should gloss black the bump strips and mirror parts and maybe widemouth the front bumper, maybe do something to the grill but not sure what lol.

The look of it at the min with the white lettering on the tyres, kinda makes it look a bit nascar style, might be an idea to see if you can make it look like that all over, sure would be diffrent

yea my roof and bonnet are the same colour not sure what colour but lol, i just have vtr wheels on it and the tyre with the white writing on it is a spare its just a black wheel trim untel my other vtr wheel gets new tyre.

i was thinking some colour of rim tape plus the white writing but what colour would go well with that

i was goin to sell my saxo because i heard bad things about them but love this site anything gose wrong with my car and on here and ask, so diff keeping it now thanks alot people.

yeah just had a closer look actually, Tim might be right, hard to tell on my crap work screen but it looks like it's almost a blue or carbon fibre effect, you could have the wheels the same colour but in matt, even get some silver worked into the lines in the VTR wheel and get some silver rim tape for the outside rim.

yea sounds like a good idea, the fella that sold me the car just bushed on normal gloss no primer or nothing and and seems to be coming off. would it be best to take the wheels to a proper spayer to get done and have you ever put rim tape on.

    a close up pic.

Yeah looks like a bodge job there mate, you have two options, you can take the time to do it yourself which isn't as hard as you think really, just time consuming and sometimes frustrating, or you could get them done by a pro which would guarantee a class job, i personally would go with the latter option.

Like i said get some silver in those vert lines and the rim tape i've never put on before but should be really easy, with it being tape you can always re-do it if you bodge it, there may even be a how-to on here somewhere mate
