black smoke

   i got black smoke coming out of the exhaust on my s plate quicksilver,dont get none on tick over but when i rev it boots out black soot like
   
   any help

   Could be burning oil as to what causes it I'm useless but could be a gasket on the way

   sounds like your fuel to air ratio is gone. burning to much fuel iirc...

   how do i sort that out yid?ive cleaned throttle body icv thingy,changed injectors,fuel rail coil pack and inlet manifold?
   
   i have a crack in my manifold above the lamba sensor,could that have summet to do wit it

   read up on lambda sensors and it does sound like its that,can anyone confirm anything about it before i go waste some money on this

   Pop down to ur local motor factors and ask for a lamba sensor.

    na it definatly sounds like its burning oil because if it was the lambda sensor it would be doing it all the time i would think,
    
    change ur acount name n flog it lol
