refurb vts rims

   hey guys, recently bought some vts alloys they have been painted black before, but there a stone chips n kurbing etc, am i best to remove all the old black paint? or just sand top clear coat down?
   ive read the guide but they were from standard not already been coloured

   give them a rub down all over re prime them then paint them the colour you want

   cheers mad, when you mean rub down, am i right on saying i dont need remove all the old paint?

   no you dont mate just make sure all the top coat is rubbed down and no shiney bits I.E. paint or laquer
