hi there, bought a 99 vts last week and sometimes when idling the revs will drop below 1000 a couple of times before just cutting out altogether, only does it now and again and dont have any problems with cutting out etc. when driving.. also there is a small oil leak coming from somewhere only very small as i notice a small patch under the car if i leave it in the same place for a few hours.. could this be related?and any ideas what the problems could be thanks alot..

#2Oil leak could be alot of things, check sump plug or signs of where its coming from.
as for idle, check the icv, clean it, then change plugs and/or coilpack
