issues since changing lower engine mount

   since i changed the mount my car is struggling to find 1st gear and the release bearing has gone noisy, is this common?
   
   the clutch and gearbox are about 3 months old so shouldn't be anything wrong with them

   you put the mount back on the right way, you can fit them upside down.
