suspension problems

   someone said that when i went up the road the other day and hit a bump they see my wheel bounce up from the road, does this mean my shocks are knackered?
   
   when i drive down a bumpy road i admit it does sound like something is kinda knocking on the rear?

   ive got gas g max shocks on the rear and my wheels lift off the floor all the time esp under hard braking you get used to it after a while lol.
   if your car is slammed its only natural for the wheels to lift off.

   how low? could have no or not much travel on the dampers so will bottom out!!

   when i got my vtr someone had lowered the rear so much it was sat on the bump stops lol
