motorfactors stuff, cant remember name may have been motorquip, basically cost a couple of quid and cleared a lot of gunge from hg failure!

engine flush is not as good as it seem.... can cuase damage to follower pockets..... i would do the boudle oil drain method to clean the engine up abit, but engine flush it not that good,

I was gonna add that. Yeah what andy said. And it decokes everything (gets rid of all the carbon deposits etc). But in old engines this layer often helps keep things sealed and piston rings healthy.

I would not recommend any sort of engine flush personally. What makes you think it requires it anyhow? Your normally better sorting the problem rather then trying a quick fix as they never work. Normally a simple service will clean up most minor issues.

Decent oil does the job fine, engine flush can do more harm than good
