Juddery at start up

Right, slight problem that i've got to notice since i've had my saxo.

It seems that whenever i start my car off, and start driving off, gears 1 & 2 are very juddery so it sort of kangaroo's a bit. I'm 100% certain that its not my driving because once the cars been going for a bit, i can pull off from junctions in 1st and it goes nicely.

    Anyone got any idea's

According to the person that I bought it off, it has recently had a new clutch fitted to it.

    Cheers

sounds like a warped clutch mate
even if its a new clutch doesnt mean it works lol it could have been fitted wrong or something like that?

It sounds like a case of clutch judder, you normally get this when a new clutch has been fitted and the bolts holding it to the flywheel hav'nt been done up correctly, eg. they hav'nt been done up in the right sequence (in diagonal patterns) to the correct torque (20nm)
other than this Im assuming they have fitted a new clutch release bearing which is the norm when fitting a clutch if you buy a clutch kit, this bearing could be not seated properly etc
