OMP steering wheel/ MOT

   i am looking into buying a OMP sports steering wheel for my 01 vtr but will it pass MOT with it on?

   thx man i know it was a stupid question but i herd it wouldnt, cause u are basically removing an airbag from the car......

   Air bags are not checked as part of the MOT.

   Just make sure the airbag light isnt on when you change the wheel. I think they will fail you on that even if there is no airbag there mate.

   mine went through the MOT with 1 on but i did disable the airbag light

   Nope.
   
   Airbag/Airbag System/ Airbag Warning Light are not checked.
   
   They can advise you on it. But it's not a fail.

    ok cool cause my airbag light lights up eventhou i have the standrd saxo steering wheel on... does anyone know how to disable the light?
