quickshift confussion

   Hi guys i have searched this and nothing what im looking for
   basicly can anyone shed any light on quickshifts for me
   
   iv seen so many types have no clue what one im surpose to get.
   i just want the one that changes the whole standerd gearstick that looks like a metal lump thing. is this the one i need? and does it work? also why do they sell them without the gearstick in them?

   Can someone please shed some light on this please or lead me in the right directions on what i need

   you use ur standerd selector in the new one, its just the same but with a different height the pivot points at,
   
   save ur cash and cut 40mm off ur standerd selector lol

   The 3rd one is for going between the selector and the linkages. It helps to reduce the throw aswell.
   
   Assuming combined with the b&m quickshift it will improve the gearing response and reduce play. You can get the kits with the gear stick in them but think its more expensive, best bet is to check out b&m's ebay page or their site.
