    you should describe your problem a bit more.

    how hot does it get? Light come on? Thermostat open? How you bleed it? Any leaks?

    Your head will warp and your headgasket will go and will be much more time consuming and expensive then just going and bleeding it properly.......providing it is just an airlock!
