Gloss black to Gloss White S rims !! freshly painted today!! opinions please

   ive currently sprayed my s wheels gloss black but something is tellin me to go for white instead, they looked nice when i first did them, but look a tad boring now imo anybody got any thoughts ? ? ? I eventually want starmags but thats in the future, anyway heres a pic or two of how she stands at the moment, im thinkin of ditching the yellow theme and swapping the s badges for citroen sport ones and keeping it gloss black and icelandic with white rims ... also you cant see the wheel pattern as well with them black

   what should I go for really cant decide any thoughts welcome good or bad, even something different .....
   
   
   Well I decided to go for gloss white and gloss black calipers !!! think i made the right desicion, imo they look far better, and it some how makes the whole car look cleaner & tidier Anyway here she is...

   keep your colour code yourve got going on... yellow? and yellow rear badges? would look smart IMO

   nah the beermonstah is right go with white. Get your wheels, chevrons and a nice sticker done will look very nice pal

   they are nice, but I really like the shape of s wheels and black paint kinda covers them up, white will enphasize them, and be alot more eye catching imo

    my plan was chevrons just black, but they might look really nice white to go with the wheels, also was goin to get a www.saxperience.com in white for the bottom of the front splitter

    decided to go for gloss white rims, with gloss black calipers, and its lookin better already, im finishing the other 3 tomorrow so ill get some piccys posted up for everyone to have a gander

    much preferred the black ones mate, goes with the bump strips etc, just my thoughts though

    I personally think the white is an improvement on the Black, but i've always hated black. I don't think it improves the look of any car. It just looks too much like standard wheels with no trims on at a glance. It just doesn't stand out, has no wow factor. I would personally go for silver or chrome, but each to their own. We all have different tastes.

    I think black VTR alloys suit my car

    have you thought about an orange lip on the wheels ? or orange with a black lip would look quite smart as the cars got alot of lary colours and designs goin on

    They do actually look pretty good on your car mate but generally speaking i wouldn't go for black. It's just my personal opinion. It just reminds me too much of the black standard steel wheels with no wheel trims.

    The black looks nice but i have to agree with you on the white and emphasizing the vts alloys curves. Your Icelandic looks better with white wheels, nice car mate.

    would you only go white with vts wheels? i have the 14inch vtr alloys, put some yokohomas on them, cost me alot so i was wondering whether my icelandic furio would look better with white vtr alloys ? i ask as you have done it with yours, so now i need your oppinion thanks

    erm to be honest vts alloys are very different and seem to lend themselves better to brighter colours, just buy some paint when you get paid, what ver colour you want, and try the out, just try one wheel at a time, if it looks shit, start again, you never know!!! but white deffo looks the best with icelandic so try it with the vtr wheels and let me know how you get on

    thanks mate, its 60 front 85 rear, although Ive had it next to a few other cars that are 60 front and it actually sits lower so maybe 65 lol its on a spax 60mm vsx kit though ?!

    I prefer the black ones tbh imo. If you were to lighten them a bit though so there the same sort of colour as the smoked jewels i think it would suite the car overall best.
    
    Or you could keep the wheels white, spray the badges and fan white too and that would work.

    its an absolute puzzle as to why its so low at the front, alot of peeps have said how nice it sits though so i spose it isnt a bad thing, I personally love the stance

    fair play i spose a lighter anthracite type colour might have worked but i already had my heart set on white
    
    yeah the chevrons are white, the fan is soon to be white, possibly white mirror caps and alot of white c/c under the bonnet is gonna be happenin !! I just cleaned the wheels this morning and it was a piece of piss, more satisfactory too as you dont realise how dirty they are until you start to clean them, then afterwards they look sweet

    Yeah sod doing every day though matey. If you get up for a bit of cleaning and detailing then fair play.
