Not sure if this has already been done, but I enjoyed myself doing them today so I thought I would share with everyone else how I done it 
1, Find your target!
2, Remove coilpack cover
3, This bit fits every bolt you need, no idea what size it is, just remember, they are all the same size so once you have found the one you need, keep it safe!
4, I set up my little spraying area (Should have done this first but I was a tad excited!)
5, Remove Cam covers.
6, Put your cam covers in your spray area
7, Keep your bolts safe!
8, Clean up the cam covers, bit of wet and dry and WD40 helped here
9, Primer and a few more layers of it
10, Have a break!
11, Spray! with your colour of choice! Do 2/3 layers
12, Few layers of Laquer!
13, Clean off all residue before you put the covers back on car
14, Put them on, do the bolts up etc and presto
