alright guys, just curious to what figures would likely to be seen on a standard 1.6 8v rallye with a stage 1 turbo kit on? worth it or not? ive had a VTS and would like to try something different cheers Lee

probably best to ask cituning but i wouldnt get hung up on bhp figures and power hunting, whatever the figure would be you will love the turbo kit

i think if im right that the ci stage 1 kit runs around 7 psi so is ok for standard compression etc, the engine is 103bhp standard and well tbh with the addition of 7psi it would put most cammed vts's gti's to shame, i wouldnt like to put a figure on it as said best talking to ci themselves but around 150+ bhp easy and probs the same even more ftlb of torque and thats the important bit torque, my 1.4 8v shud hit around 180bhp at 13psi well it did on its last set up, and 186ftlb so potential

there are plenty of turbo rallye's in europe and 300+ bhp is acheivable all be it easier with 8 more valves
