single front wiper?

   i was thinking of de wipering the rear and changing to single wiper on the front...
   is there much work involved? new motors?
   just a general idea of how it would all work would be cool!

   for rear its simple, just remove the mech and fit a rubber bung, for the front you can buy kits off ebay, just search saxo single wiper

   From personal experience single wipers are poo for every day driving get on motorway in heavy raining there useless.took mine off next day just couldnt wipe rain from screen enough SCARY.

   as above. give it a try take off pass side wiper arm and just use drivers side.
   
   but you'll be looking for a storm single wiper conversion if you do like it

   it won't wipe enough of the screen,
   theres a guide on a website i'm on that shows you how to modify your standard mech to make it single wiper, just abit of cutting and need to extend part of the linkage

    I have a single wiper conversion on my car, now it works fine and does its job, the only problem i do have with it is when its turned of, its "rest" position if u like is in the centre of the window facing straight up

    its right in the middle, yes it leaves a hole but makes no difference

    ahh makes life easier as citreon don't make the AX ones no more i'l hop down to Citroen and grab one then should only cost like 6p with my employee discount
