leaking!!!

I had my mark one saxo ticking over outside a shop and when i came back out there was smoke coming from under my bonnet and a puddle of water leaking from my car i jumped into the car and it was over heating

can anybody tell me what this is? thanks

i parked mine outside a mates hoouse then it started leaking, it was coolant and my water pump had gone

it was perfect until then i took my coolant top off and steam start coming out of it i refilled it and the temp went back down i havn't a clue what it is or were the leak came from???

i had the same problem, turned out the headgasket had gone, also the cylinder head had warped, the water pump was nackered, turned out there was no thermostat in it, so i think there was a problem before i bought the thing and they'd tried to cover it up!

Well checked for mayo there was none checked for oil and water mixing there was none my fan refuses to work... i dont know weather its a fuse or the motor gone whick fuse its for the fan? and i seem to have a leak from it overheating my coolant water is dpripping out of somewhere behind the engine .. my temp gauge is staying a little over half way but not going right up?? any suggestions on what it could be ?

Will a fan off any saxo fit onto my vtr cause i think the motor is burned out and over in ireland you rarely see vtrs in scrap yards ??
