Engine Management Light, again.

   Car has been in and out of garage for the last few weeks trying to sort out the engine management light on my vtr.
   Tried a few things including new lambda sensors but no luck.
   The fault that keeps coming up is:
   po420
   Catalyst system
   Efficiency below threshold bank 1
   Intermittent fault.
   
   Any ideas what to try next?

   yeh try getting a new cat, if its saying thats what the problem is

   i have this same problem mate, i have replaced the lamba sensors and cat and still have the light on it reads the same problem as yours but the car is fine it has been like this for years and still runs fine
