Oil leak- gearbox ?

   My girlfriend car has a leak between the bearing and gearbox on her passenger side, as you can see the bearing is fairly new- 1 year old. Has the bearing gone again?? Or has the seal gone on the gearbox (if such a thing). The boots on the drive shaft seem clean and untorn. Any ideas guys?

   theres a gearbox oil seal that should ideally be changed when changing the driveshaft. If disturbed it could leak slightly.
