blue smoke

   hi i changed the oil on my VTS yesterday and when i started it this morning i noticed a small amount of blue smoke from the exhaust but it went after a couple seconds of running. im guessing its valve stems but any advise would be great .

   Sometimes any oil spilage can burn off on the manifold and engine due to the heat. I doubt an oil swap would have coincidentially taken place when the valve stems or piston rigs go.

   just keep an eye on it, it'll be valve stems if its just smoking on start up, my old civic use to do it, also would do it high up in the rev range when the vtec kicked in yo

   its got the right amount of oil in i used 10w40 semi synthetic just only seems to do it on start up.
