    hi what is the button for next to the hazard lights switch on a vts near the ait bag switch?? is it something to do with the alarm?

    haha ive just been changing my centre console and never found out what that is. I believe its something to do with the alarm to arm/disarm it. Only works when it wants to though

    Yeh it's def for the alarm. If your alarm's playing up, press and hold the button until the red led stays lit and it will stop it going off at random hours in the night

    it turns off the sensors inside the car.

    turns of your interior sensors, like if you leave someone in the car or a dog etc, if you sensors are playing up this disables them, just press it before you lock the car

    so when i stop the car and turn it off with the key out, then press it, my alarm wont go off? lol also can anybody help..... while were on the subject... my alarm hasnt been working since i got the car the indicators just randomly go off when the alarm is activated, i unplugged my alarm cause it was always going off. but my alarm still goes off but without the siren. if that makes sense

    mate iv always had problems with the alarm. Had 2 vts and same problem with both. just goes off randomly and as far as i know, there is no way to adjust the sensitivity. there just povvy cheap french alarms. Disconnect and leave it bud iv found is the best way.

    Iv pressed that button everynight on every saxo iv owned, iv never had a alarm that works propely on a saxo yet, i fart in bed and it wakes the whole street.


    My alarm that is, not may fart.............
