Was driving home yesterday, slowed down as i was coming to a junction and my steering felt heavy. Then i noticed on the dashboard the oil light came on, i got to about 20mph and the engine cut out. Started it up again, and its been fine ever since. Ive checked the oil aswell... everything is sound... any ideas what happened?

#2Deffo oil light and not battery light?
If the battery is not charging the PAS cutts off, may have a poor connection ion batteryr, earth(s) or alternator itself.
