My clutch is biting quite high and was wondering where i could adjust the clutch from and how easy is it to do

Easy peasy. Look at the clutch arm on top of the gearbox down the right hand side of your engine. There's the clutch cable going into it with a threaded rod poking out of the arm.
Just do up that 10mm nut on the threaded rod until the clutch is biting a bit lower.

Well attempted didnt feel much better mine had a 13mm nut with a 10mm locking nut. I cracked the locking nut off and done the 13mm up and didnt feel much change

You done it up?? you've moved the bitting point higher up then lol move it down the thread (more towards the radiator)
