how to tell if rear axle on way out?

    alrite peeps tried search box but dam thing wont search is just erroring out
    anyway was just wondering how can tell when your rear axle is gone or is starting to go

    when the rear wheels in the air, grab the wheel at opposite ends and wiggle to see if any play.

    is there allowed to be any play like or not just wanna check mine all over i dont think anyhting up with it but will be worring over nothing other wise

    Just any play in either the wheel or arm, but tbh it is pretty obvious, wheels will be /----\ like that or could just be the one wheel...

    arr probs just me then they aint like that lol just that i looked at one thread the other day about it and was onbout camber, mine have like min amount cant see it really well i can my dads like naa looks straight am like hmmm but dont want it costing my ££££££££ aint had any problems with it so far touch wood

    Just keep an eye on it and check for uneven wear on the inside mate

    small amount of camber is no problem, all cars will have it slightly depending on how flat and true the ground is - being in the UK its never.

    lol true well looks the same from when i bought the car which was like a year ago was just somthing that was playing on with my mind
    mean it is lowered would that knock it out abit?
