Low pitch rumble when Decelerating and in reverse

   Can anyone tell me what is the problem if the car produces a low pitch rumble when at low revs/deccelerating or when reversing? its coming from underneath the car middle, got a 1.4 Saxo Exclusive thanks

   is your exhaust touching the body of the car?
