Ok kinda worrying.. i dont think it is related but recently i have a faulty coilpack and if slightly mis-firing on all 4 cylinders.. but today :O hmmm
i was driving along and all of a sudden a small amount of white smoke a the smell of burning plastic was coming from the point between the steering wheel and the steering wheel hub where the two join. I turned the car off quickly and then back on again.. the smoke and smell have stopped but now the indicator arm wouldnt move, when pushed up or down the indicators would still work but around 5% original movement
i slightly forced the arm ap and down and now does click up and down again and works but feels abit stiff...
anyone have any ideas attal what the hell could of happened? Last thing i need 1 morning when gettin in car 2 go work is it tryna catch light on me :/ or wake up in mornin with a pile of ash where my car used to be.. not an electrician and far from knowledgeable about things like this so some help asap would be much appriciated
