Your ECU is now locked, you should of removed the immobiliser box before removing the ECU (can't just unplug it) now you need to send the ECU off to be Unlocked (about £90 or so)
i put it back in my old vtr and it started ok shall i take off the immobiliser box in my new black vtr

what you need to do is put the ECU that came out of your New black VTR back in the black vtr start the car and remove the Black immob box (behind fuse box), then replace with the one from your old VTR.
