recommend me a damper set up

    im lowering the car soon enough, going 50mm rear 40mm front. im using the spax 40mm springs from kam racing, and will not initially be uprating dampers, but will be looking to upgrade in the near future, so i will not be buying the apex damper/spring kit etc. can someone reccommend me a set of rear and a set of front dampers suitable for the car, and whether i will acc. need to upgrade front dampers, or jsut my rears on the drop im doing? thanks

    + also the car isnt for track setup or anything, i just want them to stop my dampers blowing out, so doesnt have to be anything special
