gearbox change now car wont start

   we changed the clutch in a 02 saxo today got the box in and everthing back in place went to turn on the car and its cranking just not fireing we checked the to see if there was any spark nothing the fuel pump is primeing just no spark i was thinking coil did nebody have any props before like this before anybody got any idea and the earth is all back on

   thats in and hooked up the car drove in grand aprt from realse bearing coul it be netin else wud a crank sensor from a vts be the same asa 1.0l i no they looked the same and in the same place but are they same internaly well say?

   Have you put the earths back onto the gearbox? I would say it's either that or the crank sensor...

   defo the earths. did you take the starter motor OUT or just move it to the side you could of missed a wire. i know there is defo TWO earth wires on the gearbox make sure they are a VERY good contact.

   It's almost certainly the earths that are at fault.
