mot question

    right question for you all...

my car failed its mot today because it has no braking on the rear drivers wheel.... under the foot brake but does work on the handbrake...

anyone point me in the right direction?

Fix car so brakes do apply to the rear drivers wheel.
    Should pass then

Seriously though check the brake lines to the wheel and bleed the brakes.

yeah that was my first thoughts.... thought something might be in the lines...

iirc the hand brake is conrolled by a screw in the calliper and the footbrake is controlled by fluid...

Yeah, sounds like a blockage tbh, a leak and you'd notice through the pedal (and when your fluid reservoir is empty)

Or the piston could be stuck, IDK, I'm not expert on these new-fangled calipers at the rear
