Rattle from engine 8v

   When i rev the car there is a rattle from the engine between 1500 revs and 2500 revs, it disappears after that and the car runs fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

   sounds stupid, but my handbrake vibrates at certain revs lol and makes an awful rattle
   could be something really simple

   Could be heat shield underneath? Or possibly worn engine mount. Just throwing ideas out there really.

   Removed the exhaust heatshield as I thought it was that but it made no difference. Will have a look at the timing belt next

   Mine does the same
   
   I havent looked into it too much but I suspect mine is the drives side engine mount

   Could be heatshield mine was making an awful racket took it off now its spot on
