laguna splitter

   Right then I'm looking for a laguna splitter but I want some questions answered 1st, does the splitter fit a 1.1 bumper? If it does what moddifications do I need 2 do? And has any one got any pics fittied 2 a 1.1 bumper?

   yes it does i have one on it has to be cut a little bit, but that's easy the bit that you don't notice on the VTR's an so on are the tow eye is hiden and on hte 1.1 its allways out so you cant fit it flush with the lower grille unless you cut a grove for it to fit through or take the tow eye off! << dont do this!! :L
   but there is a little flat lip under the bumper that you can screw self tappers into but you have to have a few pair of hands to get it to shape as its a T*at
   to shape on your own, i used a heat gun in the end to get it all sorted hope this helped

   it just gets screwed up to the under side of the bumper, on vtrs theres very little to screw too so put blocks under there to screw into.

   Ah right ik well I knew about the towing eye bit and was gunna relocate it and weld it bck on, n re-spray my bumper with the towing eye bit flush which bits need choping the end bits or the middle bits?, cheers for all the info lads

   ive just done this today. wasnt too hard apart from the screwing angles. il get a pic up in a moment.

    wasnt me . one end fitted to the end the other didn't so i shortened the other so they matched but i dont think it matters , alot of splitters dont go all the way round

    i had it on my rs1800 fiesta then more and more ppl used it. on my 106 gti i used the espace splitter which makes the car look lower aswel
